Nick has an extensive White Collar, Crime and Investigations practice with expertise in financial crime, serious crime, fraud, proceeds of crime, regulatory and sports law. He also has particular experience in challenging expert evidence. Nick appeared in both Pabon [2018] EWCA Crim 420 and Byrne and others [2021] EWCA 187 which are two of the leading cases on expert evidence in complex fraud trials.

He often represents those accused of bribery, fraud or money laundering and is regularly instructed to defend directors, companies and professional clients.
