ABOUT US
ABOUT US
History.
Chambers was formed in 2008 to specialise in all forms of commercial wrongdoing, with members being chosen for their expertise in these areas. It was recognised then that clients’ legal problems commonly fell where civil, criminal and regulatory met and there was no other Chambers that could resolve those issues whilst recognising and protecting clients’ exposures to prosecutors, claimants and regulators.
During the intervening years, whether representing prosecutors, claimants and applicants, or defendants and respondents, the need for expertise in civil, criminal and regulatory arenas has become more and more necessary.
Having been recognised for many years for our expertise in Financial Crime and Proceeds of Crime, in 2024 we embarked on a project to showcase our expertise in all our practice areas. We have since recruited members and clerks from the Commercial Bar as well as from the Criminal Bar.
Summer 2025 sees us move to our new chambers at 30 Lincoln’s Inn Fields.
